&The machine tool adopts a gantry structure layout, consisting of a closed rigid frame structure composed of double columns, crossbeams, and bed body. The crossbeam is fixed without lifting. Two vertical grinding heads are installed on both sides of the crossbeam, with positioning above and below the grinding heads. The grinding heads can move horizontally or vertically. The bed and worktable adopt double V-shaped guide rail pairs; The workbench is equipped with plastic coated guide rails. The worktable can be vertically moved by hydraulic drive and can be infinitely variable in speed.
&The CNC system of the machine tool adopts FANUC's 0-I system, with four servo motor shafts controlling the vertical and horizontal feed of the two vertical grinding heads. X-Y and V-W can achieve linkage.
&This machine tool uses diamond rollers to shape and repair the grinding wheel, which forms and grinds the four rolling tracks of the sliding body. It also has a compensation function for the grinding wheel dressing amount to maintain the consistency of the grinding size. The grinding wheel dresser is installed at one end of the workbench& nbsp
